See Italy Through Matteo Badini's Lens

See Italy Through Matteo Badini's Lens Welcome to Hero of the Week, an ongoing series sharing stories from some of the best photographers in the Pexels community. We loved the simplicity of Matteo Badini's photos as soon as we came across his work on Pexels. As part of a digital agency in the Italian city of Piacenza, Matteo works with graphic design and photography to create social media content for his day job. His own photography often documents the landscapes of Italy, from stunning coastal views to the everyday surroundings he encounters on daily walks. Pexels: How did you get started with photography? Matteo: I started when I was fourteen years old in a pretty random way. I was in Norway with my parents and I saw some clouds around a cruise ship moored in the fjord. I took my dad's bridge camera and snapped a photo. That photo was then bought by the cruise ship company, and my passion for photography was born. What camera gear do you use? Currently I use a Fujifilm X

Hip flexors

Since the hip flexors attach to the front of the lumbar spine, if they become overworked or overtightened they can create an anterior (forward) pull on the lumbar vertebrae, which might be the reason for the discomfort. Another reason for low-back soreness might be the fact that doing sit-ups on the hard floor pushes the spine into a hard surface, which could cause additional pressure on the posterior portion of the spine. Because sit-ups focus on the movement of spinal flexion and use only a few muscles (the rectus abdominis, the external obliques and hip flexors) in the front region of the mid-section, consider selecting other exercises that use muscles on both the front and back sides of the core. If your back only bothers you when doing sit-ups, skip that exercise and choose others that will strengthen the entire core as opposed to one specific area.  Other exercises that can strengthen the core and help alleviate low back pain include: Front plank Side plank Glute bridge: This is
